Credits:
6
Contact Hours:
12.00
Max. Marks:
100.00
Objective:

This course will enable the students to -

  1. Make the students learn the practical aspect of vegetation dynamics, qualitative and quantitative analysis of soil parameters and air quality analysis for applying preventive and corrective measures
  2. Appraise students about the various aspects and methods of soil quality analysis for remediation of polluted soils for environmental sustainability

Course Outcomes:

Upon completion of the practical course, the student will:

CO58: Execute soil test protocols and use the obtained data to assess the suitability of soils for plant grow

CO59:   Design and conduct wildlife survey with the help of contemporary tools and techniques that provide some of the data on which wildlife management programs are based

CO60: Appraise the problems related to wildlife conservation and management through fact file making and map plotting

CO61: Demonstrate effective communication skills through written reports and oral presentations, and use appropriate scientific terminology to communicate findings

CO62: Reflect on personal learning experiences and experimental outcomes during viva voce assessments, synthesizing insights gained to enhance understanding and skill development.

CO63: Contribute effectively to course-specific interaction
