  • Isolation of Lambda DNA using Agarose gel electrophoresis
  • Restriction digestion of DNA
  • Separation of Amino acids mixture using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC)
  • Separation of dyes mixture using Paper chromatography
  • Estimation of Chlorine demand in the wastewater sample
  • Estimation of Dissolved oxygen in the wastewater sample
  • Estimation of Biochemical Oxygen Demand in the wastewater sample
  • Estimation of Chemical Oxygen Demand in the wastewater sample
  • Estimation of Total suspended solids in the wastewater sample
  • Quantitative estimation of nitrates in the wastewater sample
  • Quantitative estimation of phosphates in the wastewater sample
