Upon completion of this practical course, students will be able to:

CO33: Recognize working principle and procedures for instruments used in microbiology and biotechnology exercises

CO34: Identify techniques involved in isolation of microorganisms from different habitats

CO35: Develop the practical skills for conducting experiments to assess the microbial load in samples collected from various habitats

CO36: Develop a very good understanding of quantification of microbes from various water sources
