Upon completion of this Practical course, the students will be able to CO21: Determine soil physical, chemical and biological properties; and investigate soil characteristics CO22: Explain how soil chemical, biological, and physical properties affect nutrient availability, water availability, root zone aeration, land use, and environmental sustainability of soil resources. CO23: Understand how soil characteristics affect plant growth and development. CO24: Students will be able to apply knowledge to solve problems related to wildlife conservation and management. |

Soil Analysis
Preparation of a Record comprising of the following topics (using maps)
Visit to a Zoo/ National Park/any natural habitat/sanctuary and report preparation for the same.
Note: Any other practical exercise (related to theory) may be conducted besides the ones mentioned above.
