Students shall be divided into groups
1.Meteorological :Hailstorm, Snow storm, Dust storm, Wind storm, Fog, Lightening, Heavy rain;
2.Geological : Earthquake, Landslide, Mudflow, Tsunami, Volcano;
3.Hydrological :Drought ,Flood;
4. Biological:Epidemics, Pest ;
5. Infrastructure :Transport -Aviation ,Railway, Road, Shipping, Energy -Mining ,Nuclear;
6.Industrial :Chemical ,Gas Leak
7. Others :Fire, Riot, Terrorism, War;
Based on the topic within the group students will be guided in their reading on the available literature on theory and practice about these disasters and their management. Students will make group presentation (ppt and a write up) on that topic.
