Upon completion of this course, students will: CO89: Identify different types of waste and understand their potential impact on the environment. CO90: Apply the principles of the waste hierarchy (reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, dispose) to waste management scenarios CO91: Design and implement effective waste reduction and recycling programs for a variety of settings, such as households, businesses, and public spaces CO92: Communicate effectively about waste management issues, including the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of these issues, to diverse audiences |
