Guest Lecture on "Environmental Issues"

The department of Environmental Science and ecofriendly association organized a guest lecture by Prof.T.I. Khan Head, Department of Environmental Science on the topic  “Environmental Issues”.

Prof. Khan discussed the factors influencing environmental degradation .He gave an elaborative overview of the anthropogenic factors leading to climate change, soil degradation, global warming and other such environmental issues. Prof. Khan emphasized on the significance, need and scope of Environmental Science and research in the subject for remediation of the emerging problems.

The lecture proved to be beneficial for the students in understanding the scope and career opportunities in the area of Environmental science.
