  • Collection of data on the potential impacts of any developmental project
  • Preparation of Environmental Impact statement for a given case study
  • Preparation of an Environmental Management Plan for a given case study
  • Evaluation of impacts using the Interaction Matrix method
  • Use of Prediction models using baseline information of any development project
    • Principal component Analysis (PCA)for source apportionment
    • ARIMA model for prediction of impacts
  • Latest case studies from the website of the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate change
  • Preparation of LULC maps using GIS software
  • Study of Impact zone during EIA using buffer tool in GIS
  • Preparation of digital maps of Impact zones

Note: Any other practical exercise (related to theory) may be conducted besides the ones mentioned above
