Upon completion of this course, student will: CO43: Develop skill to conduct Environmental impact assessment independently by examining the environmental consequences of projects prior to its establishment CO44: Execute Environmental Audit independently for sustainable management of industrial processes. CO45: Establish Environmental Consultancy for conducting EIA and prepare EIS CO46: Evaluate the development projects and suggest mitigative methods for sustainable development CO47: Design new methods for evaluating Environmental problems for proposed development projects CO48: Compute knowledge of remote sensing, GIS and GPS for environmental conservation |
Approach in teaching: Interactive Lectures, Group Discussions, Case studies Learning activities for the students: Report writing, Power point presentations, Assigned questions, Weekly class assessment |
