  • Estimation of metals in Air, Soil and Water samples using spectrophotometer/ Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
  • Identification of additives in food samples
    • Nitrate and Nitrite in Foods
    • Non Nutritive Sweeteners
    • Food colours
  • Identification of adulteration in food samples
    • Detection of Added Water in Milk
    • Detection of Added Sulphates in Milk
    • Detection of Sodium Chloride in Milk
    • Detection of Lead Salts in Turmeric Powder
    • Detection of Lead Chromate in Turmeric Powder
