Mr. Brar is chief forest conservator, Govt. of Rajasthan and also member secretary, Rajasthan Pollution Control Board, Jaipur. In a series of events organized to celebrate Wildlife week (1st Oct -7th Oct) Mr. Brar’s lecture was organized as one of the events. He delivered a lecture on wetland conservation in which he talked about the characteristics and importance of wetlands. He also shared his experience of bird watching and discussed migration of Siberian Cranes in detail.
