Upon completion of this course, students will: CO126: Analyse the sources, types, and characteristics of solid waste and factors influencing solid waste management practices. CO127: Evaluate various waste processing and disposal methods, considering their environmental and economic impacts. CO128: Critically assess biomedical waste sources, classification, storage, treatment, and disposal methods, analyzing their compliance with regulations and effectiveness in mitigating risks. CO129: Examine hazardous waste classification, storage, transportation, treatment, and disposal, critically analyzing treatment methods and disposal options' environmental implications. CO130: Evaluate E-waste sources, effects, and management strategies, considering Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and analyzing the effectiveness of E-Waste Management Rules in addressing environmental and health concerns. CO131: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction |
