Wildlife Week is celebrated every year to spread awareness about the importance of protecting wildlife. As part of this year’s celebrations (1st to 7th October 2025), the Department of Environmental Science, in association with the Eco-Friendly Association, organized a quiz competition on 4th October 2025. The event was held in Room A603 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM and was open to students of BCA and BSc (H) BDA, Semester I.
The quiz aimed to inform and engage students on various topics related to wildlife conservation. A total of 50 students took part, representing different courses. The winners were announced at the end of the competition.
The quiz was well-received, with participants showing great interest and knowledge about wildlife and its conservation. It not only tested their understanding but also emphasized the urgent need to preserve our natural world. The event ended on a thoughtful note, with everyone present reaffirming their commitment to protect wildlife for future generations.
